Wisdom Walk is a Nature Coaching Session. We meet at a special trailhead in Cambria and head out on a beautiful stroll along this stunning coast. You will be safely immersed in the calm and peace of nature, the rat-race will fade away and this will allow you to feel your own immense wisdom and make a plan to use it.
We will talk through whatever you like and draw on the natural world to support you, using my easy tools and processes.
Do you have friends who want to join? I can lead your group on a nature-based walk and share tools with the group on grounding and gathering wisdom from nature. Each person gets a follow-up phone session with me to focus on their own steps.
